Merge or delete?
[edit]Not sure what can be said about contraventions generally, other than what belongs to an individual country, as listed in the lead (i.e., France, Belgium, Brazil, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland). Or maybe it's just a place to hold content about those countries, until someone writes the article. Up until a few minutes ago, it had no references (now it has two). We already hae an article about French contraventions (Contravention in French criminal law) and the section on Brazil could be merged to Brazilian criminal justice.
